Hypertension Records signs Anaphylactic Shock

Hypertension is proud to announce the signing of Holland’s Anaphylactic Shock. After being blown away by their amazing demo, we quickly went for the kill and decided it would be a honour to release their first full length album. Hailing from the city of Tilburg, Anaphylactic Shock is one of the most interesting and harsh bands we've heard in a long time. Influenced by legendary bands like Entombed and Tragedy, the Shock adds some very interesting black metal elements to their already crushing sound; taking the genre to a new level, perfecting the loud, the fast and the dirgey.

Comprised of members that have been active in the European punk/hardcore and rock underground for a long time, sharing time in bands such as Restless Youth, No Turning Back, The Spades and Union Town it may not come as a big surprise that this band knows what they’re doing. Anaphylactic Shock are currently finishing their debut cd for a late April release on Hypertension. Expect a devastating mix of raw d-beat music, crushing vocals and doom-laden riffing.

We’ll be taking pre-orders in a couple of weeks. Released as a beautiful digipack with a limited shirt-design, you simply know this is something you do not want to miss. Moreover, we'll have some other interesting news for you in a few weeks.
