The Our World 12 made many spins already and ended up in my year list. So I was beyond stoked to find a new 7 in my mail. As it turned out this isnt really a new 7 but it is the demo remastered and pressed on vinyl. Since I never heard nor seen the demo, I was still pleased. This four piece Cleveland Straight Edge band has been around since 2007 and most of the members are veterans in the hardcore scene. They previous played in bands such as Committed and Names For Graves. Right Idea differs from these bands since Right Idea sounds more like Straight Ahead meets No For An Answer. This 7 has five songs on a thick slap of white vinyl. The artwork is simple; it basically is a picture of the demo tape. Very simple but a genius idea if you ask me, all done is black and white. Exactly what you normally would expect from a demo. The recordings are decent, pretty loud recorded and also it has a nice raw edge. If you enjoyed the 12, you can buy this 7 with confidence and if you are new into Right Idea, I think this 7 can serve as a nice introduction.
