Celeste: The French masters of blackened screamo

France gives us some of the finest bands that are currently around. The international fame of Kickback, Gojira, Year of No Light or The Austrasian Goat is becoming bigger and bigger. The darkness and nihilism that Celeste brings is also expanding. Celeste just did a full European tour in support of their latest album '-Morte(s) Nee(s)-'. We interviewed vocalist Johan, who tells us a lot about the new album as well as almost everything concerning Celeste. Check it out!

Walter Schreifels: Gorilla Biscuits is part of my life

Kingdom Of Sorrow - Jamey Jasta gets personal

Everybody knows Jamey Jasta from Hatebreed, but the man has more tricks up his sleeve. Kingdom Of Sorrow for example, the band that Jamey started with Kirk Windstein from Crowbar and Down. Their sophomore album ‘Behind The Blackest Tears’ was recently released by Relapse Records and it’s even better than their debut. Arma Gathas: The end of times is near!

A lot of people know Ché Snelting as the singer of Born From Pain, the band he was active in for almost ten years. After he left Born From Pain it seemed he had also turned his back to the music industry. But now he returns to the metalfront with a new band, Arma Gathas, which he founded with Simon Füllemann (ex-Cataract). Their debut album ‘Dead To This World’ hit the stores on April 23rd. Cult of Luna: 'Eviga Riket' and beyond...

Cult of Luna is the first band that ever released a hardbound book including a DVD which tells a complete story. They also composed and recorded new music especially for this release. The band furthermore announced that they won't play any more shows this year to focus on a new album, so there's plenty of reasons to ask them some questions.
